Our owner wanted a place for his wife and their children to enjoy on a sandy beach nearby. In 1973 he custom built the fun filled guest house from the finest materials where they all congregated from then to now enjoying the large inground pool, overlooking the sparkling Atlantic ocean and the picturesque city views. They strolled on sandy Eiseman’s beach, played shuffleboard, and had countless cookouts at their own private beach club. 20 people was a small group for them, Family was important In 1996, attaching to the beach house, they built a modern 4 bedroom oceanfront home where they ultimately resided welcoming any and all family and friends to stay and visit. And, of course, they did. Both properties have been an enduring sense of pleasure for the entire extended family.
